Return of Goods (Faulty or Otherwise)
If you find your goods to be faulty, we will send you replacement goods at our cost. We will include instructions for you to return the faulty goods back to us.
If you wish to return any products that are not faulty, you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the item(s) if you wish, or refund. Please let us know with a short note in the parcel.
If you wish to exchange the goods for something different, we will contact you for payment of the delivery costs.
If you want to send back an entire/partial order for refund, please include ALL items sent with the order, including any promotional gifts.
We are happy to exchange/refund goods up to 30 days after purchase.
All goods must be returned in original packaging. Any items returned that are not complete or are not in original boxes/bags will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee.
